They were very helpful throughout the whole process! I was skeptical at first but they were very reassuring the whole time. I read all the bad reviews, but the quality control was great, and when it comes down to it, they are making YOUR ring design. So if you don’t do your due diligence in making it sturdy and durable, that’s on you not them! Mine has not had any issues at all and I love it!
