I don’t even know where to start. I had been trying to come to an understanding about what my fiancé (she said yes!) likes in a ring. It was a little bit of a dance because I didn’t want to give the whole game away. Of course she knew what I was asking immediately and we started an open conversation about what she values. She sent me several pictures as examples of rings-ideas and concepts that she’s drawn to I started searching around town (Eugene, OR) and online for just the ring, the perfect ring for her. I contacted them and went through the process of uploading some photos of rings I knew my fiancé likes. I swear I’m not trying to draw this story out, just highlight how important they have been. My liaison was Emily. I dealt exclusively with her. She was sunny, positive, incredibly responsive, consistent and helpful throughout EVERY STEP. I can’t stress enough how positive and productive the entire experience from start to finish was. The design team immediately came up with ideas based on my explanation of what I envisioned and the pictures I submitted…and they blew me away. They provided initial sketches of possible directions to take and one was obviously the ONE. I was able to exchange ideas over as much time was needed and there was never A HINT of impatience from Emily or the team. It was right when it was RIGHT, and that was all they wanted as well. I can’t stress enough how much I felt seen and heard as a client but also a complete novice. Of course what’s ultimately important is how the ring turned out. The absolute most quality, beautiful and impressive ring is what I saw. I literally cannot believe what. Monumentally good choice I made to go down this unknown pathway of the internet.
