I was really impressed with how flexible the team was. They clearly state that they're willing to make any requested changes prior to production, and they follow through on that. They were very transparent about costs and worked with me to find affordable but high-quality materials. They warned me of possible difficulties with my design, like trouble resizing a complex band. They gave me time estimates and usually beat those estimates. The whole way through, I was very impressed, and they did a fantastic job on the ring itself.
