My experience was exceptional. Thr ring i purchased and helped design was for our 25th wedding anniversary. I was very impressed from the get go with the different ring sketches provided off of my initial descriptions of what I wanted. Throughout the entire process I never felt rushed or pressured in any way shape or form. I always felt like my satisfaction was a priority. The outcome was perfect! Not only was the ring just what had wanted, it had much more impact and meaning for my wife knowing it was custom made for her from me!
