This was the BEST experience EVER!!!! The last I worked with (Ryn) was super nice and patient with my many many changes and tweaks to the ring, always expressing that she was excited to hear what I thought and what was next. It was very well priced and a phenomenal experience. I ended up working on this ring for about two months, and she was so patient and professional! At one point I just asked to see another angle on the rings rendering, not to edit, just to make sure, and within a couple of hours she had made it happen!! Five stars are not even close to enough to truly show how amazing this whole experience was!!!! Oh!! And they send a super sweet proposal box too! It’s got tissues (for happy tears) mints, cards (“I asked” & “I said yes”) and a couple other goodies too!!!!! Will always and forever recommend CustomMade to anyone and everyone!!!!!!
