CustomMade turned my idea into reality and then made it 10x better! I know nothing about jewelry so starting this project seemed so overwhelming. I came into it with a few inspo pictures and gemstone ideas and they brought it to life. They provided so much information to help me make the right choices for my vision (and wallet). The designer I worked with gave me advice but I never felt pressured about anything. I was able to make changes up until they started making the actual ring, which was awesome. The process could have taken a much shorter time but I put it on hold for a few years and was able to pick it back up like that break never happened. Communication throughout each step couldn’t have been better and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Can’t wait to show my future bride her custom ring
