I had a vague idea for what kind of ring I wanted, but hours of searching online found nothing quite right, and none of the jewellers I spoke to would make my idea work. From the very start, CustomMade's questions made me really nail down exactly what I wanted, and they were able to make a ring even better than I imagined! They sent me sketches and 3D renderings, kept me updated and took on my input at every step. Even when they sent out the ring, the box came with a "proposal survival kit" that was such a genuine touch that really showed they cared, and got me so excited for the big day! I cannot recommend them enough, the communication was brilliant, their design team were incredible, if you want anything beyond a standard gold ring off the shelf then I definitely recommend taking their questionnaire and working with CustomMade!
