The quality & creativity of the jewelry on the site was far above what I had seen on other pages. The other outstanding feature was the ease and clarity of the ordering/design process with which I was able to create my necklace. The company was transparent about pricing, and was flexible in guiding changes, like metal selection, to reach your spending goals. I was personally contacted within a day or two and every step of the process featured great communication and timelines. This was one of the best ordering processes I have experienced, and, I realize I’m burying the lead here, the final product is absolutely gorgeous! The necklace arrived, carefully packaged and before the original deadline. This is a very personal Christmas gift, and I cannot wait to give it to my Mother, I know that she will love it!
