I was looking for a special ring for my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this site in Google. I even read some reviews and posts on reddit where people said it was a good service. I started the process, and the project manager was very helpful and attentive. She suggested motivs, helped me choose between gems and ring shapes, and always was there if I had any doubt. I really appreciate how much they are willing to update the design, and they even allow you to send back the finished piece within 30 days for adjustmens, or within 365 days for resizing. I would absolutely recommend this 10/10.
