I ordered the turbo cat scratcher toy. Delivery was much linger than stated. When I enquired, they admitted they order the item from another supplier only when they have other bulk orders made.
The mouse toy on the item I bought was made of real animal fur which is disgraceful. This was not stated on their website.
Won't shop here again.
