“Ordered and paid for a collar on December 4th and nothing delivered . They don't reply to my many emails and don't even have a phone number. I have bought from them in the past, avoid this business

I used this company 6 years ago and they were very good. The collar has lasted very well on a very active Border Collie, so I did not hesitate to order from them again when the clasp finaly broke on the current collar. I ordered a new collar on the 24/12/25 and was prepared for it to take a bit longer than normal due to the Christmas/New year period. But apart from my order acknowlegment which came the day I ordered, I have heard nothing since, and they appear to be uncontactable. There are plenty of other companies out there making collars, so I would avoid this one.

I have used this company over the past but this order has not been received. No tracking details. No response from the company to my many many emails and messages. It's been over 2 months.

Didn't recoeve my order and despite multiple attempts to contact the company over 3 months have not been able to get a response. Shame it's gone downhill because it was our go to for collars

BE WARNED... I am still waiting after two months. They are not responding to my emails, and there is no tracking information for my order. This company used to be very good. I have purchased dog collars from them for over 12 years, and orders always arrived within three weeks. Something has clearly changed. The service is now extremely disappointing, and nowhere near the standard it once was, so sad. Go and find another supplier, and DO NOT buy from Custom Pet Collars. It saddens me to write this review; they used to be so good. They keep emailing me marketing material. Your NY sale has started. This makes my blood boil - DONT BUY FROM THEM...

Do not use this company. I have ordered from them the last seven years but this year something changed 😔 and didn't receive my order let my bank know and got my money back 🙃

I have ordered a number of Custom Collars in the past with great success. I ordered a collar in November and the first problem was an overseas exchange charge. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel my order - no longer a phone number to call. I have had trouble with ordering in this way, even had a customs security problem with a company at one stage so this makes me very ner. I have sent a number of emails since but have not received a response let alone the collar or the refund.

What went wrong? What went right - NOTHING... I used this company 3 years ago and was extremely pleased with the service and product. This time I ordered some more dog collars 2 months ago received and email to say thank you for your order and it's on it's was on it's way - WRONG! Multiple times tried contacting them via email (no contact phone number) and have heard absolutely NOTHING from them. I've obviously been SCAMMED - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered and paid, they delivered nothing, don't answer emails and don't even have a phone number. I have bought from them in the past, but the business is just a scam now.

Ordered on Sept 18 ($39) and 3 emails, 3 facebook messages later and no reponse. Have lodged claim with credit card (stupidly didn't use Paypal as have used them previously), and reported to ACCC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Waiting now 5 weeks, polite thank you message when I contact via FB, nothing more. Thank goodness for PayPal, will cancel order.

Ordered in October. No notifications and nothing delivered. Messaged twice to find out how long delivery takes and no responses. Just got a refund from PayPal.

I was previously a happy customer, it was time to order new collars for my dogs so I ordered on 12 October. I contacted them on 11 and 14 Nov when I had not received my order or any tracking details. I have not had any response from them. After reading others having similar complaints on FB and review sites I sought a refund via Paypal. Pity, as I was happy with the collars and other items purchased in the past.

My first collars - ordered over 3 years ago were perfect - at least they arrived. Recently, in October 20254, I ordered a collar - not only did it NOT arrive - my emails were ignored and I had to go through paypal to get my money back. Be aware!

I haven't received the products at all and when I send a query to their email to ask about my order the email is ignored. I tried the phone number but that doesn't answer. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get in touch with them?

I have bought from this company before and had good quality service but this time the order has not been fulfilled and when I email them on the help desk email it bounces back. Do not buy from them.
