“The worst customer service ever. Couldn’t answer basic questions, they never sent my order and when they finally did (because I chased them up so many times via email, Facebook and phone), I only agreed to continue with the purchase because they said they would send a freebie. They didn’t so I asked to post the collar back and get a refund and they just blocked me on social media. I get no response via email or phone.”

“The timeframe is more than double what they say. Ordered a pet seat and was given a shipping time of 2-4 weeks. Upon calling and emailing with no response I had to make a complaint through fair trading in order to hear what was happening. It is now 8 weeks since I have made my purchase and am told I still have to wait another 2 weeks. I beg you all to not use this company !”
“Wrong sized collar sent in Jan, waited 7 weeks for replacement to be sent, which was the exact same sized collar - again the wrong size was sent. They refuse to respond to any contact either by email or messenger, the phone is never answered when called. Would not recommend, would give 0 stars if I could”
“I ordered the turbo cat scratcher toy. Delivery was much linger than stated. When I enquired, they admitted they order the item from another supplier only when they have other bulk orders made.
The mouse toy on the item I bought was made of real animal fur which is disgraceful. This was not stated on their website.
Won't shop here again.”
