The worst customer service ever. Couldn’t answer basic questions, they never sent my order and when they finally did (because I chased them up so many times via email, Facebook and phone), I only agreed to continue with the purchase because they said they would send a freebie. They didn’t so I asked to post the collar back and get a refund and they just blocked me on social media. I get no response via email or phone.
