The worst customer service I’ve ever revieved hands down. Placed an order well over a month ago, recieved a package in the post about 2 weeks later containing someone else’s order (not even close to what I had ordered) so I get in touch and they required me to pay for cost of shipping to send to the person who was meant to receive this order. Still no update on my order... never received tracking info etc. days later they finally update me on my order after repetitive emails, courier lost my package?? I don’t believe it. Got back in touch via email and I’m told it will be priority to be remade and sent to me, now 2 weeks later I still haven’t seen the package and my emails asking for an update are being ignored. this is the biggest joke of a company!
