Ordering is simple enough but communication at times is lacking. It took a few emails to find out status of things and even then information was lacking. The poker set is fine. The case and the included cards could be better, especially the cards as automatic shufflers have a hard time gripping them. The chips are nice, and I have not used the dice yet but seem to look fine. I need to see how the custom decks are and am hoping they are of better quality.
