“Special ordered numerical sequence design chips (50) and customer service was very helpful with suggestions to add a design for the obverse. Noticed some imperfections in the printing. Production and shipping was VERY quick and they arrived in a timely manner.”

“Custom Made did a great job printing my custom poker chips for a corporate party. I ordered knowing I had a certain date I needed the chips by and Custom Made Casino did everything they could to make sure I received them in time for the event. The customer service was responsive and I felt that all of my questions and concerns were tended to. The poker sets were a huge hit. Thank you guys so much!”

“Quality (heavy) ceramic chips, arrived on time. Only (minor) gripe is there was no email receipt/confirmation. I recommend the using thicker 'Fonts'. Good customizing experience, I will use them again.”

“Love the product but the online design program is terrible. I have not been able to save new designs for the last 3 years or so. The images I have added in the past are not visible on the design tool. I have had to call customer service on several occasions and have them complete an order. I try to recommend CMC to my friends and associates, but if the design tool doesn't work for them also, I recommend another company. There is no way that I am the only customer having the same issue.
