Love the product but the online design program is terrible. I have not been able to save new designs for the last 3 years or so. The images I have added in the past are not visible on the design tool. I have had to call customer service on several occasions and have them complete an order. I try to recommend CMC to my friends and associates, but if the design tool doesn't work for them also, I recommend another company. There is no way that I am the only customer having the same issue.
