“I used Custom Made Casino to commemorate an annual golf event for our local football team and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Since the initial order, I have placed orders for poker chips to commemorate my 30 year high school reunion and as personnal business "cards". “The chips were amazing!!!! The shipping / packing were not as much as the case was damage and the black liner inside was of poor quality and was all broken inside. But once again the chips were amazing.”

“Since you reached out to me I will write a forthright review. I was very disappointed not only in the execution of our design but more so the level of customer service. I repeatedly tried to resolve my issues with customer service to no avail. I got the distinct impression that there was little to no concern as to my satisfaction and was told, in a matter of fact, way that if I did not like the end result to take my business elsewhere.. I would never recommend your company and or use your services again.”
