“Special ordered numerical sequence design chips (50) and customer service was very helpful with suggestions to add a design for the obverse. Noticed some imperfections in the printing. Production and shipping was VERY quick and they arrived in a timely manner.”

“The chips are great quality, but the image that I uploaded for the front design has a white background that came out looking textured and grey down to a straight line on every single one. The design on the back was fine.”

“The chips were amazing!!!! The shipping / packing were not as much as the case was damage and the black liner inside was of poor quality and was all broken inside. But once again the chips were amazing.”

“Timely product, good and timely responses from customer service when I contacted them. Prices comparable to their competitors. The poker chips I ordered as mementos for a family reunion were good quality and I am confident will be well-received. Two areas of criticism: 1.) one side of my poker chips included a photo. The photo was a higher resolution than I anticipated, but some of the photos had minor smudges - which seemed to be either from printing or subsequent machine handling of the chips; and 2.) the ordering website needs a redesign. I had to call customer service to figure out how to readjust the color allocations of the chips. When I followed those directions, my text was cut off and the designers had to contact me via e-mail to find out what I had asked as far as special instructions. Also, the designing tool was awkward to use and I recommend it be adjusted to those less computer-savvy. That said, Customer service was very responsive - both when I initially contacted them with initial questions and in follow-up e-mails as described above. Creation and shipping went off without a hitch and the product arrived sooner than I anticipated. All said, I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you for a product that will be a memento of this special event for my family.”
