“Love the product but the online design program is terrible. I have not been able to save new designs for the last 3 years or so. The images I have added in the past are not visible on the design tool. I have had to call customer service on several occasions and have them complete an order. I try to recommend CMC to my friends and associates, but if the design tool doesn't work for them also, I recommend another company. There is no way that I am the only customer having the same issue. “I ordered a large quanitity of custom made poker chips, and many of them were printed incorrectly with the front side artwork printed on both sides. Each poker chip was supposed to have "Quality Roots Cannabis Company" printed on the front, with one of the four redemptions on the back - Free Preroll, Free Edible, $10 or $5. There are a handful that we cannot distribute because they are worth nothing being double printed.”

“With the set including Black, Gray, Blue, Red, and Green, the Black and Gray are too close to the same color to tell the difference. I wish the set would be white instead. The inside of the case was cracked and unusable. I had to use an older case.”

“Ordering is simple enough but communication at times is lacking. It took a few emails to find out status of things and even then information was lacking. The poker set is fine. The case and the included cards could be better, especially the cards as automatic shufflers have a hard time gripping them. The chips are nice, and I have not used the dice yet but seem to look fine. I need to see how the custom decks are and am hoping they are of better quality.”

“Thougtht I would try a new supplier. Product showed up and was fine. Printing was good. Website advertises "Free delivery". It did not disclosed until after the sale was complete and paid for, that International shipping was an fairly high additional amount, and sent a subsequent bill.”

“Once I was able to obtain a proof of our design, ordering was easy and production was quick. We hope that we can use Custom Made Casino again on a challenge coin design (but...STILL waiting for a proof and it's been over a week?). Our custom poker chips came out looking GREAT and quality is top notch.”

“Thank you for the order. I really like how the golf markers poker chips came out. The only small issue that I encountered is that on some of the chips (about 30 out of 100), the paint was bleeding a little bit and i try cleaning them with a QTip and alcohol”

“I was happy with the quality of the chip itself. The printing on one side looked great while on side two every chip was off. The lettering ran off into the boarder of the chip. I would think quality control would pick up on that.”

“I've gotten chips from them before and always had a great experience. However this last order had issues. The custom logo was offset on the chip and I had an issue with shipping. The shipping issue was not your fault and did reimburse me for the shipping mistake which was awesome. It would have been perfect if not for the bad logo”
