I have been working with Custom Patches for about 10 years now and have always been super happy with their products and their service. There are some patches I order by the 1000's and other specialty patches I just order a very small quantity... doesn't matter I still get the same great quality and service. On new patches the send a sample of what the patch will look like very quickly so I can approve for them to start production, which is also very quick. P.S. I am sure they handle orders by email and chat as well as they do over the phone, however I am old school and like to talk to people so I call and talk to their very friendly representatives
