I have used Custom Patches for several years now, ordering unique designs that align with our school's curriculum. First, the case management is absolutely superb. Danielle shepherds each patch through its design and manages the production and shipping. But the artists are also really amazing. I can give vague descriptions of something I've envisioned, and the artists bring it to light often (usually) far surpassing anything I had imagined. Truly a terrific company.
