The customer service was great. I worked with Scott as my artist and he was quick to respond. He didn't mind making multiple changes (sometimes repeat changes) to our patches. The designed turned out great and the quality of the patch is excellent. I liked their patches so much that I am using them to help design and create our new unit coins.
