We placed a large order for bathroom tiles but were rather hesitant as had never heard of this company before. We had a slight hiccup with our 1st order but it was sorted out very quickly. Staff are so quick at responding to queries. We placed a 2nd order and no problems were encountered with service/product. The one thing that could be improved is if the delivery driver gave a bit more notice to say he is doing the drop off as each time he rang about 5 mins before arriving......
