Excellent engraving with speedy delivery. Dear Ma'ma or sir, I had questions regarding my bill, and asked for clarification. I received two emails. One of them was kind and considerate, but the 2nd was not. It was condescending and whiny. I am not fluent with overseas currency, so I guessed it was in Euros, and to be honest I have never heard of E Sterling. As far as your return e-mail explaining the difference between the two should have been sufficient and put an end to this situation, with a review change. Instead, you chose to come across as whiny and snippy. The review team wanted my thoughts on the sale and product. I gave my interpretation of how the sale was conducted, and not all of your clients are from across the pond, and some may never get the chance to vacation there, to learn the differences in how the currency system works, and what the symbols mean. When I ordered, I personally didn't even know that this was a British company or notice the symbol. That part falls entirely on my shoulders, but your response back to me, falls squarely on yours. I was willing to change my review, when I received the first email, sent at 10:42 am, but after reading this e-mail, which was sent at 10:45 am, I find that I will be changing the review to express the rudeness for asking questions about my bill. Positive feed back, explaining the situation / confusion on the customers part, should have been explained, with kindness, instead of a whiny unfair response from marketing.
