Placed an order for a watch and had no postage notification. I sent emails and contacted through Facebook to request an ETA but had no reply. When I called they arrived that their stock would arrive that day and I would have the watch that week. Still nothing so I sent additional emails and messages to be given two separate ETAs. Still nothing. Eventually had an email saying it was no in stock and would be delivered. Still nothing. Communication is atrocious and they sell products which are not in stock. I'm still awaiting delivery notification. I would strongly advise against using this company. Had I read reviews beforehand I would not have placed an order.
