“Shocking service. I ordered the garmin Epix pro 51mm. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. During the wait I done some YouTube research and realised it would be too big and complicated. I received the watch on the Friday midday and it was posted back by 12.55 Saturday. They said it had been worn which it absolutely had not.
I did not even have the watch on my wrist or even turn it on. Sent it straight back. I was point blank refused my money back. I was offered a store credit, the price of the watch £714. I will never entertain this shop again. I've read other similar reviews on Jura refusing returns. They said the clasp was damaged. Very similar to a review below and more. Very nice way for them to make money.. store credit then they sell the watch on. Disgusting.
Don't buy if you might send it back. So unfair and still gobsmacked.”

I purchased an Oris watch from C.W. Sellors on July 30, 2023, and immediately faced issues with an incorrect warranty card. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, the company kept stalling and hoping I'd give up. For months, I was met with inadequate responses and unhelpful customer service.
My ordeal began when I discovered that the warranty card included with my watch did not match the serial number on the watch itself. This discrepancy raised serious concerns about the authenticity and integrity of the product. Despite contacting C.W. Sellors multiple times via emails and web chats, I received responses that seemed designed to buy time, hoping I might give up the chase. Eventually, they went silent until I escalated the issue to V12 Finance in February 2024.
Only after threatening legal action did they finally send a duplicate warranty card on May 16, 2024. Throughout this period, I couldn't wear the watch and was left feeling duped and stressed. C.W. Sellors showed no remorse or acceptance of their mistakes, making the entire experience extremely painful.
To add to the frustration, C.W. Sellors also trades under various website names, which can further confuse and mislead buyers. Their customer service is disgraceful, and their practices are dodgy. I regret not using my credit card for Section 75 protection.
Avoid C.W. Sellors at all costs; they’re a nightmare to deal with. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.”

ordered a £2000 garmin watch on the 5th may next day someone called me to verify details was told a few days delivery 4 days later NOTHING so emailed them 3 times before i finally got a reply with them stating they are only a tiny company with no one to reply to emails and they were still waiting for a reply from garmin with a delivery date ALTHOUGH IF I ORDER FROM GARMIN I CAN GET IT IN 1 to 3 Days...... now 11 days i get a email from jura stating it could be another 2-3 weeks but that's not definite JURA say they are the biggest uk garmin watch seller but can't supply what i've paid for yet the likes of beaverbrooks goldsmiths and h samuel's can deliver next day SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡”
“Placed an order for a watch and had no postage notification. I sent emails and contacted through Facebook to request an ETA but had no reply. When I called they arrived that their stock would arrive that day and I would have the watch that week. Still nothing so I sent additional emails and messages to be given two separate ETAs. Still nothing. Eventually had an email saying it was no in stock and would be delivered. Still nothing. Communication is atrocious and they sell products which are not in stock. I'm still awaiting delivery notification. I would strongly advise against using this company. Had I read reviews beforehand I would not have placed an order.”
“Poor service . Received the watch not working. When I returned the watch and after chasing for a update only to be told my new watch is booked in to be repaired. I refused to have the watch repaired only to be told the watch is now out of stock .
This is the 1st and last time I will be using this company.

“This is not a serious company and you'll run into trouble should you decide to use it. Ordered a watch 2 months ago, paid for it and I was told that the watch would take 4 weeks to deliver. Week 6 they didn't even know where the watch was. I asked for a partial refund and despite promising to have refunded they hold my money for 24 days!!! They made an offer on the watch to later withdraw the offer after it was accepted. I'm even taking them to the small claims court. Avoid this company, look elsewhere for a serious business.”
“Terrible. Tried to steal money from me after I returned a watch. Never sent straps I ordered. I had to file a PayPal claim after they refused, and they fought tooth and nail against the PayPal claim to take my $16,000+USD.
