Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, the company kept stalling and hoping I'd give up. For months, I was met with inadequate responses and unhelpful customer service. My ordeal began when I discovered that the warranty card included with my watch did not match the serial number on the watch itself. This discrepancy raised serious concerns about the authenticity and integrity of the product. Despite contacting C.W. Sellors multiple times via emails and web chats, I received responses that seemed designed to buy time, hoping I might give up the chase. Eventually, they went silent until I escalated the issue to V12 Finance in February 2024. Only after threatening legal action did they finally send a duplicate warranty card on May 16, 2024. Throughout this period, I couldn't wear the watch and was left feeling duped and stressed. C.W. Sellors showed no remorse or acceptance of their mistakes, making the entire experience extremely painful. To add to the frustration, C.W. Sellors also trades under various website names, which can further confuse and mislead buyers. Their customer service is disgraceful, and their practices are dodgy. I regret not using my credit card for Section 75 protection. Avoid C.W. Sellors at all costs; they’re a nightmare to deal with. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.
