Having seen how CWB operates from a buyers point of view, this is the agent you want selling your house! Tim spent more time with me on the first viewing than any other agent I dealt with, he was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and always kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and nothing was ever to much of a problem or rushed. Any prospective buyer/seller will certainly be well looked after and get the best advice! If/when I come to sell again, CWB will definitely be the first estate agent I call to deal with my sale and purchase.
