I have been with CXT since the very beginning Almost 20 years. What I love about CXT is that THEY LISTEN to us customers, and the development of the software coincides with the ever changing demands of the industry in real time. I especially like their user's conferences where I can talk to other couriers about how they use the software, and torment the development team in person, to get the changes I want pushed to the front of the queue. The needs of our industry are constantly changing, and we need a complete software suite that can keep up. For me, XDispatch Hosted is that product.
