When my package didn’t arrive on time I contacted the shipping company and they said there was a problem with the package and they would not be delivering it and to follow up with Cycology. I thought it was going to be a nightmare getting one of the companies to replace the item. But I reached out to Cycology and within hours they had responded and sent a replacement and said they would follow up with the shipping company. The replacement arrived on time and fit perfectly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
