Read closely if you have a return for poor quality which the company is abundant you will be charged $10 .

The company’s clothing is expensive runs 2 -3 sizes toooo small colors nice out of the package but don’t last… I have made large purchases and found problems with returning, items that did not fit as described on the sizing chart…my cc was charged with purchase I didn’t authorize which also became problematic. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am so disappointed in this company trying to contact anyone is impossible. I’ve sent text and have not had any response. I will tell everyone I know what poor Service I received and I’m just trying to return the product because it was too small.

I just jumped into the fire of all these other people. My package shows delivered but no package. I have been informed by the delivery company that they cannot find the package and no other action from them. (I was home and had a worker in the yard and no package.) In the meantime, I have emailed Cycology twice with no response. It's been 2 weeks. They are totally SAD. I will share this information with our local bicycling club. We have a pretty large cycling community in our area and 3 facebook pages, etc. They will all be warned of this experience. I have to admit, it's a rare day that I see anyone wearing a Cycology jersey. Maybe I know why now.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and recently bought a pair of socks that arrived with a hole where they attached the tag. Asked for a new pair, and below was their response. "Thank you for getting in contact about your socks. Removing the plastic tags incorrectly that held the socks together can leave a hole in the sock in that location. We advise customers not to pull or try to break those plastic tags because you may accidently produce a hole or fabric pull in the socks. Use small scissors to carefully remove the plastic tags that hold the socks to the packaging. Unfortunately, this is not a fault with the socks, but rather an inadvertent issue created by incorrect removal from packaging." How insulting, they have no proof that I removed the tag improperly.

My husband ordered me a beautiful Secret Garden Women's Sleeveless Cycling Jersey in large, which is the size all of my jerseys are. It arrived and I thought I had been sent the wrong size as it is inches smaller than all of my other jerseys. I went to return in and they wanted $10. The website says Free Returns for $1.98, which is a bit of an oxymoron, but they are charging me $10. I asked for the fee to be waived given the poor fit and they are still charging me $10.

Ordered a bike top on 25/1/25 and have not received it with no explanation of why! Won’t order any more gear from your company.

I have 2 jerseys. Of all the jerseys I have owned the last 25 riding these are the only ones that have sleeves and waist stretched after washing a few times. Nice looking but not worth the price, better alternatives out there

Hi Cycology I'd love to share why I choose you, and it's simply that the gear is the best. I've got jerseys, socks, gloves, jackets and bib shorts and after probably 5 or 6 years and thousands of kilometers they are only now starting to wear out. The gloves are a bit see-through from UV damage, the socks have faded and the bibs shorts have lost their stretch but there's not a loose thread or tear. You get what you pay for and the quality it absolutely up there. Might be another 5 years before I buy anything but that's because it lasts. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Received a defective jersey. The exchange process took THREE WEEKS, and when I finally received the replacement, it had the same defect! Either they sent me the same one I returned, or an entire batch had the same issue. When I notified customer service of the issue, they said to start a return - but their system won't allow me to submit the return form because it's already been returned once. At this point, I just want my money back.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Our package didn't get delivered, we notified Cycology and filed a claim with the transportation company which did confirm in writing that it was lost. Yet, Cycology refused to reimburse us and to handle this with their transportation provider. This is never acceptable and even less so for a company who sells quite high end products.

Bought the Cycology Gear TIJUANA MEN'S CYCLING JERSEY. Looks amazing, however, it is unfit for purpose. After only one use and subsequent wash, the stitching failed on several points as well as a tear appeared on top of the back pocket even though I only carried my mobile phone without cover in it. In their response they actually point out that their jerseys are not as robust as other jerseys; perhaps Cycology Gear should invest in their product development rather than marketing. Save you money buy from an established brand.

Terrible customer service. Ended up to pay duties when shipping to a EEA country. First company who didn't cover the extra cost or deducted the local VAT before shipping. Go with Attaquer.com instead. Fantastic customer service and just as good quality as Cycology.

Love my Cycology Jersey. I went a size up (M) as I don't like tight fitting clothing. I'm a size 10-12 depending on make, so an M in this is perfect for me. Love the bright colours and breathability of the fabric.

Horrible greedy dishonest people who sell nice looking clothing. I returned products (sent March 3, arrived with tracking March 11). They lied and claimed never received and continue to cheat me out of a refund. I'll have to call the police apparently.
