Exchange policy unacceptable.
Needed several items (received as gifts from wife) exchanged for appropriate size. Was required to pay postage for returned items, which would be refunded, then pay postage again for reordered items in correct size. Told cycology I would cut my losses & not be paying a third lot of postage for replacement items. Ultimately $50 out of pocket due two lots of postage & nothing to show for it...
Not how majority of (successful) online retailers manage exchange transactions.
Sadly, being both an avid cyclist & supporter of Australian businesses, I won't conduct any return business with cycology, nor recommend that others do so.
