Worst customer service I have experienced.
Our package didn't get delivered, we notified Cycology and filed a claim with the transportation company which did confirm in writing that it was lost.
Yet, Cycology refused to reimburse us and to handle this with their transportation provider.
This is never acceptable and even less so for a company who sells quite high end products.
