“Unfortunately ordered an incorrect size so had to return for a refund I used the returns form on the company website, I had a notification that the item had been signed for but it now appears that they had moved business premises. I have been in touch with customer services which was no help whatsoever they insinuated that it was my mistake and said they moved in March which meant their returns form was wrong I ordered my item in July so where could I have got the address from I'm not just making up the address, terrible service and now just ignoring emails.”

“I had bought a few items from Cycology recently and I love the products. One item had a small sewing defect and I sent them a message. Within an hour they asked for a picture. After I sent it they immediately refunded my purchase! Top notch customer service in my book. Thanks Deb!”

“I ordered my first piece, a Frida design women's jersey, and just love your stuff. I'm a petite cyclist, and it's hard to find cool (not boring) designs that flatter my figure. I just ordered more, and my fella will, too. Glad we found a ya!”

“Ordered a T shirt on 17 June, still no sign of it on 22 July. I never received notification that it had been posted so I assume it wasn't. I have emailed them multiple times to ask for a refund, but with no success. No concern for customers at all.”

“I just wanted to thank you again Cycology for helping me out with our large order. Our group rode our 100 mile challenge last Thursday and everyone loved the look, feel and performance of the Cycology shirts. One of their favorite things (besides the design) was the bottom of the sleeves. It stays put without making a ridge on the arm because of a lack of a hem. The socks were a huge hit and one of our team members even ran a trail ultra-marathon in them as they were so comfortable!”

“I wore the Boho jersey for the first time on a ride this past Sunday. I received two "I love your jersey shout outs" on the trail and one woman approached me after my ride to ask where I bought my jersey. I own a fair number of workout gear pieces (gym, riding, etc.) and this is the first time I've had so many people comment. Your jersey designs are fabulous, colorful, unique and stylist and I hope to add a few more to my collection in the coming months. Great product and personal customer service equals a winning combination. I am a happy customer and will be promoting your product to all my friends.”

“Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever received-and I order everything online! Refusing a refund for a parcel they can see has been lost, refusing to even answer PayPal in the PayPal dispute. Offering guaranteed Father’s Day delivery for items that never arrive! I used to genuinely love your gear, and I have so much of it! As an avid cyclist and online shopper I would never recommend you to anybody! Your customer service skills are shambolic and you cannot steal people’s money and legally get away with it, I think your ‘customer service.’ (Laughable) team need a refresher on the sale of goods act! Maybe you can return my money now?”

“Returns policy is really poor. No useful communication throughout my return.. Still don't know if they have the jersey and if I'm getting a refund. Can't do a simple exchange. I am £60 out of pocket.”

“I am delighted with my Cycology jersey – having ordered from 2 other recognised cycling internet stores and returning items due to poor quality, I was so pleased to see this jersey was of such a good quality – a structured fabric and zipper, comfortable, easy to wear and most importantly – stylish! I will definitely be ordering other items from Cycology in the future – it’s now my ‘go to’ cycle clothing store”

“I think this is a scam. Customer support is arrogant and stubborn. Ordered online and the order was duplicated (by Cycology) and paid for twice. Cycology's only proposal was to return one delivery for a refund, but they would not refund the shipping costs. With the cost of returning the items, I would have been out of pocket, so no option really but to keep the duplicate order. If anyone else has had this happen, please respond. It is a well-known e-commerce scam.”

“Okay that was the fastest shipment ever! thanks so much Cycology for the expedited service. Absolutely love all of your jerseys….. I wasn’t a bike rider other than for spin classes before this Covid mess, but now I am and I am so glad I found your website. I now have a full wardrobe of your shirts!! :-) Again I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of your prints and the quality is amazing!! You all really do have a great product. Jennifer”

“The sizing for the relaxed fit is totally wrong. I ordered the correct size by the chart and the relaxed fit is tighter than the tight Castelli jerseys I normally wear. To make things worse their customer service is worthless. I cannot talk to them on the phone and They are absolutely no help with the return. I am responsible for the shipping charges and return procedure all because their sizing i way off. Don't buy from them!”

“I ordered one of their windproof road cycling jackets. Delivery was nice and quick (I have bought several items before and never had a problem with delivery). The jacket came up rather small so I had to return this for credit and buy a larger size - seemed long winded but all worked out. The new jacket arrived promptly, and fitted well. But the product description of breathable panels is rather far fetched. I have worn the jacket 4 times and on each occasion have found myself getting rather sweaty. There seems to be no way of leaving review on their website, and comments via “complaints” have gone unanswered. I would recommend the DHB Aeron products; superior quality and great value...”

“They cheapen the quality of the mens cycling shirts by having done away with the hem on the sleeves, and just simply cut them and then left. I will not buy anything from this company again. Cheap skates!!!!!”

“Bought a pair of spf sleeves for the summer weather in white. After one season they are discoloured and unwearable. Made a complaint to the company and they couldn't care less. Don't bother with this company until they can show some care for their customers.”

“I purchased leg warmers on 11/15. I have worn them 1-2 times a week for 6 weeks. They have been washed approximately 6-10 times and the elastic that holds them to your leg is unraveling. You can’t leave a review for the product on their website and it appears this doesn’t merit a return. I would not recommend buying their products if you want things that will last.”

“I ordered two jerseys, both XL. One was a legit XL, the other labeled “M-XL” and is nothing close to an XL. In addition, these jerseys are cheaply made. To top it off, rude, smart-ass “customer service” is a complete turn off and nothing a reputable company would tolerate.”
