I truly love how stylish your cycle clothes are! The feedback and compliments that I have received on rides is astronomical! The quality and comfort is excellent and the bonus is being able to express myself !!!

I ordered the Flow and Frida Kahlo tech tshirts because I love the colours and designs. I ordered to mostly (90%) wear for yoga. The Flow tshirt is black at the front. I wore twice ONLY doing yoga. I noticed a "white" mark on top LHS of tshirt the size of a golf ball but enough to ruin overall look 9f tshirt šŸ˜” I contacted Cycology and they said I must have rubbed tshirt off something!! I sent them photo. I felt I hadn't and IF I had then the tech tshirts are not good quality or very robust! I was told they recommend washing their products in a washbag and in cold water in washing machine. I am now so nervous wearing my tshirts! I am very disappointed with the quality of material. They suggested it is pilling and I should use pilling remover gadget, which I don't have! I feel strongly that this should not have happened to tech tshirts manufactured for cycling etc. I buy a lot of tshirts and have never had this happen before. šŸ˜”

Absolutely awful company. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered a piece of clothing from their wheel pattern range, which got left in front of my house without permission- and was subsequently stolen. They refused to follow it up with Royal Mail, stating it was my fault and ā€œthese things happenā€. When I sent them the part of the Royal Mail website that states the sender must start a claim to retrieve compensation in this situation, they became even more aggressive and rude.

I have been a loyal fan of this brand for a couple of years now and love the unique designs. I have never had an issue with returns and several times I have ordered x2 different sized items and returned the item that didn’t fit. My only criticism would be that there has been a recent issue with the quality. I sent Cycology a private message advising of this and received a prompt response from customer services, apologising and recognising the issue. They were amazing and resolved the issue immediately. I am so surprised at some of the comments as I have never had a problem with their customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this brand.

I had heard alot of good things about this brand but was late to the party. Really impressive range. Designs are totally original and never expected the quality to be to such a high standard. Service was first class also and their customer support were very helpful

Shocking customer service. Will never use them again. Sent things back to get bigger sizes. They say things are stained but we never tried them on so how can they be stained. We just want our tops back. They need to get this right if they want return customers.

Some of the best customer service that I have experienced! When my package didn’t arrive on time I contacted the shipping company and they said there was a problem with the package and they would not be delivering it and to follow up with Cycology. I thought it was going to be a nightmare getting one of the companies to replace the item. But I reached out to Cycology and within hours they had responded and sent a replacement and said they would follow up with the shipping company. The replacement arrived on time and fit perfectly. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I bought a Rather be Riding XL woman’s. Shrunk and lost its colour.it was washed on a cycle and hung in shade. It shortened as well.1st February I purchased it and disappointed with this product! Can’t ring anyone and email address is not right.

order handling and delivery perfect, size perfect, design perfect. I love my "See me"-Jersey Bikeshirt. Delivery from UK to Germany within 10 days was ok.

Products from Cycology are quite nice but beware if you have to return an item. I returned an item just after Christmas using Royal Mail's trackable service and the instructions and address given on the website. The tracking number showed it was delivered but Cycology denied receiving the item and I was given no refund. This took nearly 1.5 months to resolve due to them taking a long time to reply to my emails. I also sent a message on facebook and apparently I should have taken a photo of the package and had it returned to me so I could pay for return postage again! Same FB representative then blocked me from replying to his/her message. They did offer me a credit to use on the site but to be honest the value hardly covers the cost of postage. Shocking customer service - their attitude is rude and puts all blame on the customer. Having read other reviews, it appears I'm not the only customer to have suffered in this way. Luckily the item was not high value but I did pay for the return postage and I am much more upset by the poor attitude and service I received.

I ordered a paid for $120.00 for a bib on 12/09. I have not received it to date. I have sent sesveral emails to the company, and received zero response. As a professional with over 25 years of customer service experience, I find it unacceptable to not respond to a paying customer with follow up actions or resolution.

I receive my 1st order from Cycology but they sent the wrong size. I have emailed the company twice but they haven't responded. I do expect a company to have better customer service when there is a problem.

I just received my day of the living jersey! The best jersey I ever put on, I’m a tall, lankey guy and the large long sleeve fits like a dream ! Can’t wait till I come up with some cash and get the matching bib shorts. Thank you and cycology will be the only brand I wear in a matter of 2 years until all my other stuff is subbed out šŸ˜‚ Kevin

I absolutely love the items in my order. Everything I've ever gotten from Cycology has become my favourite, and that comes after 20+ years of racing and riding experience and I've had a lot of quality gear. I need to try your bibs next, but I keep filling my cart with irresistible jerseys! You have a fan!

Just purchased my Cycology cycling jersey about a month ago and LOVE it - really good fit. The range of accessories is also really big with heaps of different designs. Great customer service too

Unfortunately ordered an incorrect size so had to return for a refund I used the returns form on the company website, I had a notification that the item had been signed for but it now appears that they had moved business premises. I have been in touch with customer services which was no help whatsoever they insinuated that it was my mistake and said they moved in March which meant their returns form was wrong I ordered my item in July so where could I have got the address from I'm not just making up the address, terrible service and now just ignoring emails.

I had bought a few items from Cycology recently and I love the products. One item had a small sewing defect and I sent them a message. Within an hour they asked for a picture. After I sent it they immediately refunded my purchase! Top notch customer service in my book. Thanks Deb!
