Bought a really nice looking top, where the seems holding the pockets split after just a few weeks use. Obvious design fault as it has a zip in the pocket, which doesn't stretch, hence trying to stuff something in your middle pocket is very risky. When I contact customer support they were not helpful at all and only telling me I needed to be careful with it and that I could get it stitched by a seamstress. Definitely one to avoid

Ordered 4 items to complete kit for MSBike ride. I have MS. Paid $10 for 2 business day shipping. 1 item wasn't in warehouse so they promptly refunded. Got shipment 4 business days later. Contacted company because 1 item I received was wrong item. Informed them that label was wrong and sent photo. They said I could keep wrong item and would ship out right item. I was a happy customer. Got next shipment and was again wrong item and still wrong label. They refunded for wrong item, but not $10 quick ship fee. I asked and they said refunded. I checked and no refund. Then, despite numerous requests, they just ignored. When I sent FB IM to company with problem, they sent response asking for information, but then blocked so I couldn't respond. I went to FB site and they blocked me from leaving comments and deleted my earlier comments with concerns. Now they wont respond about earlier concerns or refund. I love their artwork and the items I received. However, based on my experience and viewing the other reviews about customer service, I would hesitate before ordering anything from this company. Does not appear that they are concerned about customer service. Really sad because I had additional orders and hoped to encourage additional orders in NW USA.

Ordered a biking shirt and never received a response/confirmation of the order. I assumed my order wasn't received so I re-input the order 4 to 5 days later. Contacted cycology immediately after the second order input and they confirmed the original order had been received but they hadn't sent confirmation as my e-mail address was wrong; they said yahoo had two a's in the e-mail line (yaahoo). You think they could have corrected this or called me on the phone # or had a 2 step e-mail input on the order form, etc. They also confirmed the 1st order hadn't shipped yet. Requested cancellation of the 2nd order, input an hour before contacting them, they said there was no way to cancel it, wouldn't pay for return shipping and were over-all rude and unprofessional after sending several e-mails in an attempt to reason with them. Note: almost immediately after the phone contact, I received a flood of e-mails from the company confirming the 1st and 2nd order. Once the first package was received I tried it on, while the jersey appeared to be well made, it wasn't remotely close to the size advertised rather it was hugely undersized. Both biking jerseys have been returned and I'm awaiting a refund. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with a company.

I purchased one of their tops for my husband. After just one careful wash it had completely lost its shape and was unwearable. I contacted Cycology and they were so rude and arrogant and completely dismissed my complaint . Do not waste money on a brand that couldn’t care less about their customers or the quality of their merchandise.

Bought a really nice hoody for my husbands Christmas. True to size, scoops down at the back for added warmth when on the bike. Very pleased with purchase - it's always a bit of a risk buying something without seeing it first, but this turned out to be a good decision! Also came with a free beanie - a nice extra under the tree!
