Ordered 4 items to complete kit for MSBike ride. I have MS. Paid $10 for 2 business day shipping. 1 item wasn't in warehouse so they promptly refunded. Got shipment 4 business days later. Contacted company because 1 item I received was wrong item. Informed them that label was wrong and sent photo. They said I could keep wrong item and would ship out right item. I was a happy customer.
Got next shipment and was again wrong item and still wrong label. They refunded for wrong item, but not $10 quick ship fee. I asked and they said refunded. I checked and no refund. Then, despite numerous requests, they just ignored.
When I sent FB IM to company with problem, they sent response asking for information, but then blocked so I couldn't respond. I went to FB site and they blocked me from leaving comments and deleted my earlier comments with concerns.
Now they wont respond about earlier concerns or refund.
I love their artwork and the items I received. However, based on my experience and viewing the other reviews about customer service, I would hesitate before ordering anything from this company. Does not appear that they are concerned about customer service. Really sad because I had additional orders and hoped to encourage additional orders in NW USA.
