“Never received my order and despite 2 claiming emails + 1 negative answer in customer satisfaction survey, they never came back to me in any way, total contempt. Fortunately that was a 1st testing purchase, only a cap, of course i will not buy the other coordinated articles as initially planned”

“Yesterday I rode my first organized ride here in the mountains of Santa Fe, New Mexico. It was 49 degrees starting out, and I wore for the first time my Cycology Women's Winter Bib Tights. Despite the chill and strong winds, I was warm and could maintain my pace throughout the ride. Those bib tights are so comfortable and effective, I ordered a second pair to get me through the winter! (As well as some cool base layers.) Thanks for making great Cycology products for cycling!! They make me feel like a pro.”

“Great product absolutely terrible customer service. Due to their error the package was undeliverable. No offer to resend correctly so that I would get the order. Still waiting 5 weeks later to receive a refund.”

“Cycology makes the coolest looking cycling gear you can wear once! Just don't wear the bibs twice or they may start separating at the seams, at which point you'll reach out to customer service - then you'll be told they've been used and it looks like they rubbed against the seat. Yeah, of course they did - I rode them ON A BIKE as I thought they were intended. While these look great, fit great, and feel great - the durability is less than $30 Amazon bibs. 1 out of 5 stars, won't recommend or buy again.”

“36 days still havnt received my package . Wrote to the company for a refund they refuse to refund cause they say the package is in canada . What they are trying to do right now is fraud i will take legal action against this company even if its just for 100$ and anybody who lost money with them should do the same”

“Just received my first order of the Day of the Living MTB Jersey, saddle cover and tech tee. Just wanted to how pleased I am with both the quality and especially the design. Told all my friends and family and everyone loves them. Can’t wait to wear them out on the trails.”

“Thank you so much ! You are a legend and your product is the bomb. I recently had a 4-day weekend ride fest with my Sunday group in McLean in northern NSW. About 30 riders and another 10 or so partners. I won best-dressed 2 days in a row wearing my Cycology kits !”

“This is my third or fourth order and as with all my Cycology purchases I was very happy with the prompt delivery of my items and the excellent quality of the clothing I purchased. The designs and colours are AMAZING! I constantly recommend Cycology to my cycling friends and have received many compliments about my cycling wardrobe (of which ALL my jerseys are Cycology). “What a team over at Cycology, The products themselves are excellent, the design certainly doesn't disappoint. Only thing better than the products was the after sales service. Spoke with Deb over at the Cycology team. Resolved the issue in no time. Which is amazing considering their offices are in a totally different time zone. Great Staff, amazing products, top service. Highly recomended.”

“I ordered the Flow and Frida Kahlo tech tshirts because I love the colours and designs. I ordered to mostly (90%) wear for yoga. The Flow tshirt is black at the front. I wore twice ONLY doing yoga. I noticed a "white" mark on top LHS of tshirt the size of a golf ball but enough to ruin overall look 9f tshirt 😔 I contacted Cycology and they said I must have rubbed tshirt off something!! I sent them photo. I felt I hadn't and IF I had then the tech tshirts are not good quality or very robust! I was told they recommend washing their products in a washbag and in cold water in washing machine. I am now so nervous wearing my tshirts! I am very disappointed with the quality of material. They suggested it is pilling and I should use pilling remover gadget, which I don't have! I feel strongly that this should not have happened to tech tshirts manufactured for cycling etc. I buy a lot of tshirts and have never had this happen before. 😔”

“Absolutely awful company. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered a piece of clothing from their wheel pattern range, which got left in front of my house without permission- and was subsequently stolen. They refused to follow it up with Royal Mail, stating it was my fault and “these things happen”. When I sent them the part of the Royal Mail website that states the sender must start a claim to retrieve compensation in this situation, they became even more aggressive and rude.”

“I have been a loyal fan of this brand for a couple of years now and love the unique designs. I have never had an issue with returns and several times I have ordered x2 different sized items and returned the item that didn’t fit. My only criticism would be that there has been a recent issue with the quality. I sent Cycology a private message advising of this and received a prompt response from customer services, apologising and recognising the issue. They were amazing and resolved the issue immediately. I am so surprised at some of the comments as I have never had a problem with their customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this brand.”
