Received a defective jersey. The exchange process took THREE WEEKS, and when I finally received the replacement, it had the same defect! Either they sent me the same one I returned, or an entire batch had the same issue.
When I notified customer service of the issue, they said to start a return - but their system won't allow me to submit the return form because it's already been returned once. At this point, I just want my money back.
