I had to replace the original order of a 30000 mAh with a 20000 mAh power bank as airlines will not allow over 26000 mAh on board. The customer service I received was outstanding and I've just received the replacement power bank. So I haven't used it yet. However, I have other Cygnett products and have never had any issues. Buy Australian!!!
