“awsome but very heavy”

“The experience is very bad.I just bought a powerbank and usb cable atleast 2 months ago.First few weeks it was working well.It charges for atleast 8 hours for a 100%.Then recently,it doesnt work as it should like you connect it to your phone for 2 hours and the charge is only 35%.What a joke!”

“Bought a 20k power bank which only charges my phone for 5 mins at a time then I have to turn the power bank back on to continue charging. Will never buy cygnett again”

“I had to replace the original order of a 30000 mAh with a 20000 mAh power bank as airlines will not allow over 26000 mAh on board. The customer service I received was outstanding and I've just received the replacement power bank. So I haven't used it yet. However, I have other Cygnett products and have never had any issues. Buy Australian!!!”

“I bought the ORANGE Coloured Power Bank. CY4506PBCHE directly from Cygnett. It charged up on the first charge to 100% and there it stays. It does not charge my phone from the USB points but it did from the USBC point once. I have has it for 2 months. I have sent Cygnett an email asking for a replacement & am waiting for a reply. There is a phone number but it is constantly engaged. I must admit I am worried I have wasted my money.”
