“I had to replace the original order of a 30000 mAh with a 20000 mAh power bank as airlines will not allow over 26000 mAh on board. The customer service I received was outstanding and I've just received the replacement power bank. So I haven't used it yet. However, I have other Cygnett products and have never had any issues. Buy Australian!!!”

“Cygnett says the 20k power bank charges an ihome 3 times but not sure if its because its new or what but i can charge my iphone 13 atleast 4 times before the powerbank is out of juice. So yeh Awesome product”
