Purchased the 27k chargeUp pro PD at duty free on my overseas for a great price. Unfortunately the power button failed on my first use of the unit. Got back to OZ and the retailer ignored my email for assistance. Got in touch with Cygnett direct and they organised to send out a replacement unit straight away. Have had it for about a week now and have used it every day to charge my laptop and mobile devices on the go. Fantastic bit of kit and great customer service. Thanks Cygnett!
