Derrick was very professional and immediately saw the issue that the prior technician had left us with. He quickly remedied the issue and deeply apologized that it took multiple calls to get an appointment after our first one was a no-show; when we did get service the technician had no idea how to service the type of gas fireplace that we have; then Derrick came to save the day.
