He took his time to explain all of my options when deciding on a unit that best suited my needs, all of my options for financing and what to expect with the installation. The Install Technicians were prompt and efficient. Had the job completed in just a few hours and cleaned up the areas they were working in. I gave Cyprus Air Pros a 4 out of 5 because their Customer Service Department needs some serious training on basic people skills. Makes me wonder what I'm going to be up against when I schedule my yearly maintenance. I don't even want to think about if I have a problem with the unit.
