My mirror was installed and clock never worked. Spoke with representative at Dlaguna to advise of the issue and was given the representative Jimmy from Aquadom number to contact. That was back on August 27th and I still have no resolution. I have emailed back and forth but I still have a clock that does not work. I was told today (after me reaching out again) that they would be sending out a new clock. How am I supposed to install a new clock? I asked this to representative and this is what I got in response: You will need to; 1. Disconnect the mirror from power 2. Remove the backplate of the mirror 3. Slide the old clock out/slide the new one in (unit has special brackets) 4. Put the backpannel back 5. Establish an electiclal connection to the unit I already paid to have someone mount the mirror and hard wire it. Very disappointed with the mirror and the service for something I spent good money on. I paid almost $500 for a mirror that came faulty and the only solution I am getting is to put more money into it by "replacing" the clock myself. Purchase with caution. Not a happy customer.
