I ordered a beautiful towel warmer. It took some time to make it right since it was the wrong finish. I notified the company and they apparently sent out a beautiful mirror instead. I contacted them again and they made it right, quickly shipped me the correct warmer and also the necessary return shipping labels so Fed Ex could ship both incorrect items back to the manufacturer. All in all, they were very helpful and responded very quickly to correct the mistakes.
