Very pleased with ordering a backlit bathroom mirror from the DLaguna website. Even more pleased with Customer Service when I had to make a last minute change to the order just before it left their warehouse. I was very disappointed when the mirror arrived damaged by UPS during shipment, but getting a new mirror shipped to us was easy and painless thanks to Matt in Customer Service.
