This balcony rail flower box is gorgeous! Installation was a bit tricky but I was so anxious to get it set up, I had to slow down and actually read the instructions! The design is genius. There were some supply chain issues which delayed shipping but Matt was more than available to keep me posted on expected delivery dates. Excellent product and excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here again.
