I ordered a mirror, the delivery company left it in front of the door, so I didn't sign the receipt. Gently I put him in an empty room where no one entered. When I opened the cardboard box, I saw the broken glass. I called DLaguna and sent an email. They replied that they are not responsible and that if I want to order another one, they can give me a 10% discount. Refusing to ship a new one to replace the broken one. Bad Company, and Bad Custom service. I'll never order anything from Dlaguna again. Not very serious company.
